Return Policy

Return Policy (No Exchanges)

Real Purpose Apparel (TM) (RPA) will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labelWe do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria maybe decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Real Purpose Apparel 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Real Purpose Apparel will email you after a return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

PASS IT ON INSTEAD OF RETURN

Because we believe that our message is vital to the times we live in, we encourage a pass it on policy instead of a return. If you purchase an RPA product that you decide that you cannot use, why not consider helping to spread the message by passing on the item to someone who needs to hear and embrace the concept or who will be inspired by wearing the brand. If you do, let us know by sending a pic of the exchange and happy receiver that you give promised by doing so to post to our social media or to be used in our promotional materials and  rewards are waiting for you!
